Services
I provide individual psychotherapy for adults 18 and older across the state of California. My work focuses on anxiety and panic, trauma and complex trauma, attachment wounds and relational patterns, self-worth and the impacts of shame, identity and cultural exploration, somatic and mind-body connection, and parts-based work. I support clients who want to understand themselves more deeply, heal long-standing patterns, and feel more grounded in their bodies and relationships.
I aim to create a space where you can explore your inner world with honesty, depth, and care, and where your history and identity are understood as central to your healing.

I care deeply about making therapy accessible. I accept insurance, offer tiered rate options when available, and provide virtual sessions to help reduce barriers to care so you can focus on your healing.
I am currently in the process credentialing with Aetna, Anthem, Blue Cross, Carelon, Cigna and several other major insurances and look forward to being able to accept insurance soon. I use billing platforms such as Alma and Headway to support a smooth insurance process. Please note that your weekly cost when using insurance will depend on factors like your deductible and copay. If you’d like, you’re welcome to reach out and I can help verify your benefits before we begin. You may also contact your insurance provider directly to confirm coverage and out-of-pocket costs.

"Out of network" therapy refers to therapy services provided by a therapist who is not contracted with your health insurance plan. This means that you may have to pay the therapist’s full fee upfront.
Depending on your insurance plan, you may be able to submit a claim for reimbursement from your insurance provider. If your plan allows for out-of-network coverage, you can submit a superbill (a detailed receipt) that I would provide for you to your insurance provider. The insurance company may then reimburse a portion of the fee, depending on your plan.

My standard out-of-pocket rate is $225 per session. I also reserve a limited number of reduced-fee spots when availability allows, based on individual circumstances and capacity. If cost is a concern, you’re welcome to reach out and we can talk together about options and fit.
My approach to payment is grounded in care, transparency, and sustainability, both for clients and for the therapeutic work itself. I believe therapy works best when financial stress does not overshadow the process, and when the structure supporting the work is stable and clear.
